One ring per habit. Tap it when you do it.

That is the whole app. The ring floods, the day is stamped, and the unbroken run that follows is your combo. Nothing to set up, nothing to log, nothing to read.

Tap the ring when you do it

The gesture

Completing a habit does not add anything to the screen. The dial becomes the stamp.

Three states, told apart by composition rather than by a tick in a box, so a day can be read from across a room without reading a word.

01

Open

A crisp outline in the habit's own colour, at full strength. Present, cheerful, and clearly not finished.

02

Counting

A habit with a target fills its ring one step at a time, in segments you can count by eye, or as one sweep when the number is large.

03

Stamped

The disc floods, the mark steps aside, the count takes the centre and grows, and an impression line stays pressed at the edge.

Your schedule, not a calendar's

An off day owes nothing. A pause sets days aside. The run waits where it is.

Most trackers punish a Sunday. ComboLoop asks which days a habit actually runs on: every day, certain weekdays, or a number of times a week. It never counts the rest against you.

  • Off days are off. They never break a combo.
  • Pause a habit while you are away, ill, or between seasons.
  • The day starts when yours does. Set the hour, and a stamp before it belongs to the day before.
  • One nudge, at a time you choose, and never on a day the habit does not run.

Twelve weeks at a glance

The history is a page you can fix, and one line is enough to explain a day.

Open a habit and its calendar, stats and rhythm are there. Tap any recent day to correct it, hold it for a line (what was different, what got in the way), and the line stays even after the stamp comes off.

  • Best and total, all time and last twelve weeks.
  • Fix a day you forgot without breaking anything.
  • Archive instead of delete. A habit you stop keeps its history and can come back.

“Ran before work. Cold, but short.”

Insights

Which day you are strongest on, and what time of day you actually act.

A week, a month or three months at a time: how much of what was due got done, when in the day it happened, how the rhythm has moved, and the longest combos you have held. Charts appear once there is enough history to mean something, never before.

Milestones

A token is the day's disc, kept.

One ladder, the same for every habit. When a combo reaches a rung, the dial you have been tapping all along is what you keep, in the habit's own colour, dated, and yours to share if you feel like it.

Earned, not awarded

Every token comes out of your own history. Nothing is handed out for opening the app.

The journey is visible

What is coming up, and how far there is to go, a day or a week at a time. Never a mystery box.

Share the card, keep the name

A share card as a story or a post, with the habit's name hidden if it is nobody else's business.

No points, no league, no friends list

ComboLoop is between you and the days you showed up. There is nobody to beat.

Off the phone

Put ComboLoop where you act.

Six Home Screen widgets, an Apple Watch app with a complication and a Control, all drawn in the same colours as the app they came from.

Widgets

Today, your dials, one habit's calendar, its count, its week or its rhythm. Tap a dial on the Home Screen to stamp it.

Apple Watch

What is left today, on your wrist. Tap a row to stamp, or turn the crown for a counted habit.

Reminders

One nudge per habit, on the days it runs. ComboLoop sends nothing until you ask it to.

iCloud sync

Habits, history and settings follow you across your devices through your own private iCloud. There is no sync button, and no account to make.

Your habits are nobody's business but yours.

ComboLoop has no account, no server of ours, no analytics and no advertising. What it knows about you stays on your phone and, if you use it, in your own iCloud.

The small things

Built like something a designer uses every day.

125 marks, 14 shelves

Pick the mark and the habit takes its colour from it: water is aqua, reading is coral. No colour picker to get wrong.

Things you are quitting

A habit can be something to do or something to stop. A clean day counts the same way a stamped one does.

Counted habits

Eight glasses, three chapters, twenty minutes. One tap per step, and the ring shows exactly where the day is.

Thirty seconds to learn

A short guide you can play through, and demos you can actually tap. Then it stays out of the way.

Your grid, your order

Drag habits into the order you think in. The widget can put whatever is still open first.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

Neither. There is no sign-up and no profile, and ComboLoop works fully offline. If you are signed into iCloud on your devices, your habits sync between them through your own private iCloud account. Nothing passes through a server of ours.

What happens if I miss a day?

The combo ends and a new one starts the next time you stamp. Off days and paused days are not misses: they owe nothing, and the run waits where it is. You can also fix a day you forgot to stamp from the habit's calendar.

Is there a limit on how many habits I can add?

No. They fill a grid two per row, in whatever order you drag them into.

Are there ads or a subscription?

No. No adverts, no subscription, and no in-app purchases. Nothing in ComboLoop is held back.

Can I track something I am trying to quit?

Yes. A habit can be something to do or something to stop. For a habit you are quitting, a day you stayed clean is what gets marked, and it builds a combo the same way.

Will I lose my history if I change a habit's name or icon?

No. Names, marks, schedules and reminders can all change later. The history and the combo stay exactly where they are.
