01What this is
These terms apply to the ComboLoop app for iPhone and Apple Watch, its widgets, and this website. Installing or using ComboLoop means you accept them. If you do not, the remedy is simple: delete the app.
02What ComboLoop does
ComboLoop is a habit tracker. You add habits, tap a ring on the days you do them, and it keeps count of the unbroken runs, the combos, that follow. It works on your device, with an optional sync through your own iCloud, and it needs no account.
ComboLoop is offered for personal, non-commercial use on the devices your App Store account allows.
03It is not advice
ComboLoop is a counting tool, not a professional of any kind. Nothing in it (the habit ideas it suggests, the charts it draws, the milestones it marks) is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and none of it should be relied on as such.
If a habit you are building or breaking touches your health, talk to somebody qualified. If you are in difficulty, contact a health professional or a local support service rather than an app.
04Your data, and keeping it safe
The habits and history in ComboLoop are yours. They live on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. We hold no copy and cannot restore one.
That means device back-ups matter. Data lost because a device was lost, reset, or restored without a back-up, or because iCloud was signed out or cleared, cannot be recovered by us. Export from Settings whenever you want a copy of your own.
05What belongs to whom
The design of ComboLoop, its icon set, its interface, its written texts, its artwork and the name ComboLoop belong to ComboLoop and are protected by copyright. Your licence to use them is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
You may not copy the app’s content or design into another product, resell or redistribute the app, or attempt to reverse-engineer it, except where the law expressly allows it. Screenshots, and the milestone cards ComboLoop makes for you, are yours to post wherever you like.
06The app is offered as it is
ComboLoop is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It is made with care and tested, but no software is free of faults, and ComboLoop does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
07Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of ComboLoop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app, including lost data, missed reminders, or a broken combo. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and where you have statutory consumer rights, they are unaffected.
08Purchases and the App Store
ComboLoop is distributed through Apple’s App Store, and Apple’s terms govern distribution, payment and refunds. ComboLoop contains no adverts, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Any refund request is handled by Apple, not by us.
09If something is broken
Tell us. Write to loopiosoftware@gmail.com with what happened, what you expected instead, and the version of ComboLoop and iOS you are on. ComboLoop’s is in Settings, under About. Faults are fixed in the next release.
10Privacy
ComboLoop collects no personal data. The details are in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11Changes
These terms may be updated as ComboLoop changes. The date at the top says when they last were. Continuing to use the app after an update means accepting the version then in force.
